About this site

This website was rebuilt in 2026 to replace the school’s previous WordPress site, with the aim of giving parents, prospective families, staff and visitors a faster, clearer and more accessible way to find what they need.

How it’s built

The site is built with Next.js for the public-facing pages, with content managed through Directus, a headless content management system that lets school staff add and update news, events, blog posts, alumni stories and other content directly, without needing a developer for routine changes. The site is hosted in the United Kingdom.

Care has been taken to keep the site fast, secure and privacy-friendly — for example, the site uses no analytics or advertising cookies, and embedded video is configured to avoid unnecessary tracking. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for more detail.
